01. About these terms
These Terms and Conditions govern use of the Wizziosoft Solutions website. Separate proposals, statements of work or service agreements will govern paid client projects and take priority where they conflict with these website terms.
02. Website information
Website content is provided for general information and to describe services. It does not constitute legal, financial or other regulated professional advice. Content may be changed, removed or updated without notice.
03. Enquiries and proposals
Submitting an enquiry does not create a client relationship, reserve availability or require either party to proceed. A project begins only when the agreed proposal or contract is accepted and any required initial payment is received.
04. Project scope and changes
Paid work is delivered according to the agreed scope, timeline, responsibilities and assumptions. Additional requirements or changes may affect fees and delivery dates and should be approved before implementation.
05. Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for timely feedback, approvals, access, content, factual accuracy, licences and materials required for delivery. Delays in these items may affect the timeline.
06. Fees and payment
Fees, payment stages, taxes and late-payment terms are stated in the project proposal or invoice. Work may be paused where payment is overdue.
07. Intellectual property
Unless a project agreement states otherwise, ownership and usage rights for final deliverables transfer only after full payment. Wizziosoft Solutions retains rights in pre-existing tools, reusable systems, know-how and third-party components.
Clients must have permission to use any content, trademarks, images, software or data they provide.
08. Third-party services
Websites may depend on hosting providers, domains, plugins, apps, payment gateways, APIs, analytics or other third-party services. Their availability, fees, policies and performance remain outside direct control.
09. Portfolio use
Unless confidentiality is agreed in writing, Wizziosoft Solutions may display completed work, project descriptions and non-confidential visuals in its portfolio and marketing materials.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wizziosoft Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Liability for paid services is governed by the relevant project agreement.
11. Prohibited use
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape protected content, impersonate another person or use the website unlawfully.
12. Governing law
Before publication, specify the governing law and courts appropriate to the business registration and target market. These terms should be reviewed by a qualified legal professional.
